Forge intentionally combines established disciplines into one engineering methodology: systems thinking, statistical process control, human-computer interaction, open source, enterprise architecture, ontology engineering, knowledge graphs, information retrieval, AI, distributed systems, and infrastructure engineering.
Applications are not the system. Applications are interfaces into the system. The system is the living ontology beneath them, and each domain view exposes the relationships appropriate to its users, permissions, and operational context.
Understand the systems, workflows, constraints, data sources, and decision paths that already exist.
Identify relationships between people, tools, data, knowledge, and infrastructure.
Design the model, ontology, routing, and workflow logic that lets intelligence operate safely.
Deploy workflows, agents, APIs, and infrastructure that can perform meaningful work.
Measure what changed, refine the ontology, and let operational intelligence compound.
