How We Handle Website Inquiries.

Information you choose to provide

Website inquiry forms collect the contact, organization, call-duration, project, and optional operating-context information you enter. Forms also record the source page and permitted campaign attribution included with your visit.

Do not submit passwords, regulated records, confidential customer data, or proprietary source material through a website form.

How inquiry information is used

ConservaTech Networks uses inquiry information to review and respond to your request, route it to the appropriate internal recipient, protect the forms from abuse, and maintain a record of the conversation.

Raw IP addresses are not stored with website inquiries.

Form protection and scheduling

Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect website forms from automated abuse. When you submit a form, your browser communicates with Cloudflare and the website sends the resulting single-use security token and request IP address to Cloudflare for verification. ConservaTech does not store the token or raw IP address with the inquiry.

If you choose an architecture-call time and a booking page is configured, the website redirects you to the corresponding public Google Calendar Appointment Schedule after your inquiry is saved. Google handles the information you provide on its booking page under its own privacy terms.

Response and marketing consent

By continuing with a website request, you agree that ConservaTech Networks may use the information provided to respond to it.

Marketing consent is separate and optional. Leaving it unchecked does not affect our ability to respond to your request.

Retention

Website inquiry records are retained for 730 days and then removed through scheduled cleanup.

A record may remain in a restricted operational backup for up to 30 additional days before that backup expires.

Analytics and advertising

This website does not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or advertising cookies.
